carrier cups are manufactured and supplied
plus high speed roller carriers.

These Versasort swinging arm free float cups range
from 115mm (4.5 inch) pitch to 152mm (6") pitch
and as well as being able to fit our own high
accuracy sizers are also designed to directly fit
on to Agritech, Durand Wayland, EHS and
other sizer types.

Versasort cups achieve an inexpensive upgrade
solution with grader conversion to a well
designed independent floating arm cup.

Ultrasort Hi Speed 115mm pitch roller sizer
components are available enabling a robust
easy to manufacture sizer for all round fruit.

Full manufacture of new and retrofit fruit graders
is undertaken by Alquan Mechanical Engineering,
AME, in their Grabouw, Cape factory.

Complete packlines from bulk bin infeeds through to
carton palletising are managed to suit customers.

AME also stock fruit carrier cups, gates, electronics
and all sizer componentry plus provide service
to extensive fruit packers.
